We try to only use Eco-friendly products whenever possible. Simple Green Kitchen cleaning solution, Simple Green Bathroom cleaning solution, Murphy’s hardwood soap/Oil, BONA Wood products, glass cleaner, micro-fiber dusting rags, cleaning rags and for special requests only we can bring Stainless steel polish, leather cleaner/conditioner, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment, stone counter top products and any other items that will ensure professional results for your office or apartment cleaning.
If required for your residence, you should provide a broom, Mop/Bucket and Vacuum (if you have carpet). For sanitary reasons it’s not good to use these items from house to house no matter how well you disinfect them (along with bacteria, viruses, pet odors/dust mites or bed bugs)! We do not carry bleach! If you have mold/mildew and want it bleached, you’ll have to provide this. We know some of us prefer specific items that said, if you have any special products you’d like us to use, please provide these products on arrival.
For commercial clients (Retail and Office) yes. For residential apartments, we travel via MTA and it is difficult to schedule weekends efficiently. That said, we do, on occasion for existing clients in emergency situations work weekends but generally we cannot and do not work weekends.
Yes. In most cases we can clean within 24 hours and in some cases even same day.

Our first residential appointment is at 9 a.m. and our last starts at 4 and ends at 6. (**For Office and Commercial clients we can get it done around your schedule, contact us for a no obligation, detailed, written estimate anytime.)
Please provide 24 hours’ notice! We pay our cleaner the full amount if they are asked to arrive at a specific time and you are not there (or they can’t get in for any reason, ie. “forgot to give the doorman the keys/permission to enter”). We want to be fair to all parties and are always accessible to you though so please don’t hesitate to call if you can’t make it no matter how close it is to your appointment time, we’ll do our best to save you $.
Our residential cleaning teams are for regular cleanings only. If you have heavy duty scrubbing (post construction for example) we will have to provide a separate estimate and send a different team that specializes in heavy duty cleaning. We do not remove/clean any sort of animal waste (or human). We do not remove rodents (even if dead in a trap). Although we can provide estimates for all types of cleaning services, our basic, regular cleanings do not include inside appliances, windows, grout cleaning, stone polishing, rust removal, furniture moving or any exterior cleaning. Our regular cleaning service teams do not climb ladders, if you need high items cleaned we will be happy to provide a seperate estimate as well. Thank You!
